Since I typically end up posting new prompts within a 1-2 hour time span every day, I don't mind if someone comments with an entry within a similar time span on a closed prompt. Even more so if I posted a prompt "late" and the next one earlier and it hadn't been a full 48 hours.

All that to say that you're perfectly okay to keep that icon for your table :)
